Katy Sewer Line Camera Inspection
Saving Time & Money with High-Tech Plumbing
Sewer line camera inspections are a diagnostic tool that our professional plumbers at Mercy Plumbing use to quickly and efficiently diagnose sewer problems. In conjunction with hydrostatic pressure testing, we use camera inspections to save you time and money. This technology is invaluable because it gives us the chance to see inside the pipe in real time and make meaningful decisions about how to solve the problem.
How Does Sewer Camera Inspection Work?
The sewer camera setup includes a small camera mounted to a flexible rod that is small enough to fit inside the line. Our technician will guide the rod through the sewer, recording what is happening. In most cases, the camera is connected to a screen that we use to see the pipe in real time, and we will be able to refer back to the footage to make further notes about the issue.
Benefits of Camera Inspections
We recommend camera inspections with almost every sewer line service we offer because it’s often imperative to see the inside of the pipe to make a proper diagnosis. In many cases, we use this technology alongside other diagnostic tests such as hydrostatic testing.
Some of the major benefits of sewer camera inspections include:
- Saves time and money
- More thorough, can spot unexpected issues
- Eliminates guesswork
We won’t just guess what’s wrong with your sewer before digging up your yard. Mercy Plumbing is committed to providing thorough plumbing services using our technology and experience.
