Mercy Plumbing gave us the best experience ever!! The communication was very open, honest and fair. The owner, John, demonstrated ICARE values and also took the time to show us preventative measures we can take to maintain good plumbing in the future. They offered exceptional service and fast resolution to our Plumbing issue. We would definitely refer them to anyone! And will use them again if need be in the future!!!!

Whenever you need a plumber, give Mercy Plumbing a call. My water heater went out in my home in Katy. I asked a few neighbors and they recommended Mercy plumbing. I gave Mercy plumbing a call and they came out the same day to install the water heater. Mercy plumbing did a great job and they are nice and professional. The price was affordable too. I will always recommend Mercy plumbing to my friends and family when they need a plumber.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mercy Plumbing. The technicians were quick, professional and empathetic to our situation. They worked quickly and diligently to fix the problem so that we could get our water back on. If I could give a 10-star review I would.

We recently tried out Mercy Plumbing to put in new drain lines on a rental property after all of our nightmares with ARS. They were prompt, efficient, and HALF the price ARS quoted us. We had to get an estimate from them recently for replumbing another house and again, well below ARS. While in the process of scheduling this major job yesterday, the sinks in my house started filling up with water. I called John at Mercy to ask if he could come out at some point and check it. He told me it was coming from a backed-up AC drain and he would be here within the hour! He said if it was backed up to that point, it could get worse during the night and he didn't want us to have overflowing sinks in the middle of the night! He was at my house in 30 minutes. What he said would take 30 minutes to fix, ended up taking him about 3 hours due to previous garbage done by ARS - BUT, he fixed their work, had to run for parts and had our drains flowing clear again before he left. He was prompt, courteous, understanding, neat and clean and didn't make a huge mess and even cleaned up what little mess he had to make. I cannot begin to express my relief and gratitude to have found a plumber that cares about the quality of his work and cares about his customers. Mercy Plumbing has earned ALL of our plumbing business from here on out! Thank you SO MUCH, John!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mercy Plumbing. John and Jonah were professional, personable, efficient and honest. I had a tricky leak and they went above and beyond to find it and not only fix it but also made sure I understood exactly what was happening. They set me up with a water restoration company that was out within an hour after John called them. I highly recommend them and they will be my plumbers for life!!!

I would strongly recommend Mercy Plumbing. John is a very experienced plumber, very customer-oriented, and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They are very punctual and flexible to work with your schedule, and they do a very clean and professional plumbing job, at a reasonable price.They handled a hot water heater replacement for me and a leaky turn off valve handle. The hot water heater was done quickly and neatly, and when the turn off valve needed replacing, they gave me a discounted price, since I went with them for the hot water heater replacement.I have some experience when it comes to hiring plumbers, and I would say that Mercy plumbing is the perfect balance when you’re looking for a professional plumbing business (quality work, multiple trucks, who’s been in business for years), for a reasonable price (I’ve compared their prices with other plumbers, and they’re priced fairly).I’ll be using Mercy Plumbing good forward.

Mercy Plumbing came out and fixed our toilet problem within an hour of the text saying they were on their way! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to two good looking, extremely professional and funny guys!! I will always recommend them to anyone I know! John came out to our house the day we called him. He did everything we asked of him and more. He was up-front, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. I know, from other quotes, that he could have charged MUCH more than he did. We appreciate the fair price very much. He worked on our gas line and made our family feel very safe while he was doing the work. He threw in a few extra repairs for a very discounted rate also. He also provides a warranty on his work - which is great. They also cleaned up after themselves! We would recommend him without hesitation. These guys were great! Not only did they do great work and clean up after themselves, but they made my family comfortable while they were working in our home. Allowing me to get water before turning it off and even letting my 5yr old enthusiastically follow them around while they worked (I kept him a safe distance). These guys are welcome back any time! Hopefully not too soon.

This is my second time using Mercy Plumbing. They were wonderful at the job the first time and they did absolutely great the second time too. I mean I called first thing in the morning and explained to them that I had a leak in my ceiling and they were out within an hour of my call. I have worked with different plumbers in the past and one thing I like is when plumbers are being honest and not just trying to get our money. These guys were honest, knowledgeable and on time. From Briana who is the lady that picks up the call and set appointments to Chris and Raul (plumbers) were all great. Anyone working here is very knowledgeable, I'm sure. You can't go wrong. John with mercy plumbing does a great job he is very upfront and keeps his word. He replaced my tub in my upstairs bathroom raised my showerhead location and completed all the necessary re-piping with ease.
